So I have been watching and saving every penny that enters my hands. I was not spending money on anything but petrol. I would use my coupons to claim my free feast at uni. (Barely a feast. You get one thing a week. This week was a bottle of water) This stingy behaviour lasted over a month.
Then I cracked. Just like that. I was too sad. So I went wild and purchased a decent lunch at uni, a jacket, stockings, mittens and a guitar. I mean mittens? What was I thinking. All in one night. My goodness. I thought this would make me happy but it only made me feel ill after I looked at my bank account.
Anyway let it be known that I will not be doing that again whilst I am frantically trying to save.
